General Unit Information
- Important: We are directly on the slope. You can walk out the front door, grab your skis from the ski locker, walk about 10 steps and ski.
- Jay Peak Village: was created during the last 30 years, and is considered the luxury development on the mountain. It was designed from the outset to have a residential home “feel”, rather than that of a typical ski condo. We take pride in our units and it shows.
- Amenities: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with showers, generous closet space and exterior lockable ski locker, full size modern kitchen including dishwasher, coffee grinder and drip maker, pots & pans, etc. (spices, cooking & olive oil, sugar, and other other necessities are provided but renter should bring own groceries), dining room with seating for six and a breakfast bar seating 4, phone, 3 flat screen TV’s, stackable full-size washer/dryer, Master Bedroom features queen bed with sitting area, and walk-through closet.
- Private Parking: is available only in 2 marked spots (Please observe this rule to be polite to neighbors. Extra vehicles can be placed in nearby parking garage (which is convenient when it snows heavily).

- Maintenance or housekeeping issues: please refer to the non-emergency contacts listed here Homeowner General Information. Although you are obviously not a homeowner (yet), the list is quite appropriate and can be helpful in getting something done quickly. We will make sure there are enough essentials (soap, toilet paper & paper towels, detergent (including dishwasher detergent) for your stay. Additionally we supply towels & linen. If you are in need of any items you can call either of the hotel front desks.
- In case of Injuries or First Aid: There is a First Aid Kit in the cupboard above microwave. For anything requiring immediate help dial 911. The nearest hospital with an Emergency Room is in Newport, about a 30 to 40 minute drive to the east.
